Finally, Trump is officially a sexual abuser must pay nearly $5 Million for his sexual attack and then lying about it and defaming E. Jean Carroll.
The jury was unanimous in its verdict.

I suspect that there have been others, but they seem to have had at least enough common sense to avoid being exposed the way Trump has been.

Interestingly enough, in a May 10th article of the Washington Post titled "How Republicans feel about Trump and sexual misconduct" it was noted that ". . . 1 in 5 Americans (18 percent) believed Trump had made such unwanted sexual advances but were still planning to vote for him"


Fortunately, 18% doesn't get anyone elected.

Interestingly enough, in a May 10th article of the Washington Post titled "How Republicans feel about Trump and sexual misconduct" it was noted that ". . . 1 in 5 Americans (18 percent) believed Trump had made such unwanted sexual advances but were still planning to vote for him"
Fortunately, 18% doesn't get anyone elected.

That's consistent with polls after the "Planet Hollywood" revelations first became public. A small, but significant number of Americans said that knowing that Trump does those things made them like him better.

Problem is, some of them are now running the House of Representatives.

One of the many problems *rump exploited and exacerbated was the poor logic of a great swath of the American public - faulty logic. Equivocation was used to put the Prince of Liars in the same category as normal amount of lying by politicians. Along with equivocation, his people invoked a related gem, "what-about-ism." What-about-ism neatly deflects focus from the burning barn of outrage to the little campfires of general shortcomings of normal people.

That word is an interesting thing. In high school and college I did track gangs with Mexican workers. "Pendejo" was a word you could say to a really good friend as a humorous greeting, or as a fighting word for anyone else.

Remember, if a Republican accuses someone of a crime, it means they're guilty of it.

One side seems to constantly think that Trump is going down while simultaneously the other side constantly thinks that Biden is done for. It's amusing to watch and I'm constantly wondering if either side will ever be right in their prediction.
