Thanks, Abiele777, and welcome. Could you tell us what your point is? That's a rather long post, which, as Lotan has noted, can be found elsewhere on the web. Regrettably, it doesn't tell us much.
For example, can you explain why Bob Sauer's work has anything at all to do with the origin of life? He's looking at protein structure--particularly the structures of proteins that have several billion years of evolutionary fine-tuning behind them. He's uncovered lots of interesting things, as have other protein chemists and molecular biologists. But their findings shed no light whatsoever on origins.
