Twelve Proofs that Muhammad is a True Prophet

Post by daylight »

My brothers and sisters everywhere! With this essay, I am not singling out the adherents of Islam - to which I ascribe - but rather I am writing this essay to every man and woman throughout the whole world.

I ask Allah that He facilitates that this essay reaches every ear, falls under the sight of every eye, and is understood by every heart...

Muhammad the son of `Abdullah is Allah's Prophet and the Final Messenger Sent by Allah to the Inhabitants of Earth.

My brothers and sisters everywhere! You should know that the Messenger, Muhammad the son of `Abdullah (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) is Allah's Messenger in reality and truth. The evidences that show his veracity are abundant. None but an infidel, who out of arrogance alone, could deny these signs.

Among these proofs:

1. Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) was raised illiterate, unable to read or write, and remained like that till his death. Among all his people, he was known as being truthful and trustworthy. Before receiving revelation, he had no prior knowledge of Religion or any previously sent Message. He remained like that for his first forty years. Revelation then came to Muhammad with the Koran that we now have between our hands. This Koran mentioned most of the accounts found in the previous scriptures, telling us about these events in the greatest detail as if he witnessed them. These accounts came precisely as they were found in the Torah sent down to Moses and in the Gospel sent down to Jesus. Neither the Jews or Christians were able to belie him regarding anything that he said.

2. Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) also foretold of everything that would occur to him and his community after him, pertaining to victory, the removal of the tyrannical kingdoms of Chosroes [the royal title for the Zoroastrian kings of Persia] and Caesar, and the establishment of the religion of Islam throughout the earth. These events occurred exactly as Muhammad foretold, as if he was reading the future from an open book.

3. Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) also brought an Arabic Koran that is the peak of eloquence and clarity. The Koran challenged those eloquent and fluent Arabs of his time, who initially belied him, to bring forth a single chapter like the Koran. The eloquent Arabs of his day were unable to contest this Koran.

Indeed, till our day, none has ever dared to claim that he has been able to compose words that equal-or even approach-the order, grace, beauty, and splendor of this Glorious Koran.

4. The life history of this Noble Prophet was a perfect example of being upright, merciful, compassionate, truthful, brave, generous, distant from all evil character, and ascetic in all worldly matters, while striving solely for the reward of the Hereafter. Moreover, in all his actions and dealings, he was ever mindful and fearful of Allah.

5. Allah instilled great love for Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) in the hearts of all who believed in and met him. This love reached such a degree that any of his companions would willingly sacrifice his (or her) self, mother or father for him.

Till today, those who believe in Muhammad honor and love him. Anyone of those who believe in him would ransom his own family and wealth to see him, even if but once.

6. All of history has not preserved the biography of any person in the manner it has preserved the life of Muhammad, who is the most influential human in history.

Nor has the entire earth known of anyone whom every morning and evening, and many times thereafter throughout the day, is thought of by those who believe in him. Upon remembering Muhammad, the believers in him will greet him and ask Allah to bless him. They do such with full hearts and true love for him.

7. Nor has there every been a man on earth whom is still followed in all his doings by those who believe in him.

Those who believe in Muhammad, sleep in the manner he slept; purify themselves (through ablution and ritual washing) in the manner he purified himself; and adhere to his practice in the way they eat, drink, and clothe themselves.

Indeed in all aspects of their lives, the believers in Muhammad adhere to the teachings he spread among them and the path that he traveled upon during his life.

During every generation, from his day till our time, the believers in this Noble Prophet have fully adhered to his teachings. With some, this has reached the degree that they desire to follow and adhere to the Prophet's way in his personal matters regarding which Allah has not sought of them to adhere to in worship. For example, some will only eat those specific foods or only wear those specific garments that the Messenger liked.

Let alone all that, all those who believe in Muhammad repeat those praises of Allah, special prayers, and invocations that he would say during each of his actions during day and night, like: what he would say when he greeted people, upon entering and leaving the house, entering and leaving the mosque, entering and leaving the bathroom, going to sleep and awaking from sleep, observing the new crescent, observing the new fruit on trees, eating, drinking, dressing, riding, traveling and returning from travel, etc.

Let alone all that, all those who believe in Muhammad fully perform-even to the minute detail-every act of worship-like prayer, fasting, charity, and pilgrimage-as this Noble Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) taught and as he himself performed.

All of this allows those who believe in him, to live their lives in all aspects with this Noble Messenger as their example, as if he was standing before them, for them to follow in all their doings.

8. There has never been nor will there ever be a man anywhere upon this earth who has received such love, respect, honor, and obedience in all matters-small and large alike-as has this Noble Prophet.

9. Since his day, in every region of the earth and during every period, this Noble Prophet has been followed by individuals from all races, colors and peoples. Many of those who followed him were previously Christians, Jews, pagans, idolaters, or without any religion. Among those who chose to follow him, were those who were known for their sound judgment, wisdom, reflection, and foresight. They chose to follow this Noble Prophet after they witnessed the signs of his truthfulness and the evidences of his miracles. They did not choose to follow Muhammad out of compulsion or coercion or because they had adopted the ways of their fathers and mothers.

Indeed many of the followers of this Prophet (may Allah's blessings peace be upon him), chose to follow him during the time when Islam was weak, when there were few Muslims, and when there was severe persecution of his followers on earth. Most people who have followed this Prophet (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) have done so not to acquire some material benefits. Indeed many of his followers have suffered the greatest forms of harm and persecution as a result of following this Prophet. Despite all this harm and persecution, this did not turn them back from his religion.

My brethren! All of this clearly indicates to anyone possessing any sense, that this Prophet was truly and really Allah's messenger and that he was not just a man who claimed prophethood or spoke about Allah without knowledge.

10. With all this, Muhammad came with a great religion in its credal and legal make-up.

Muhammad described Allah with qualities of complete perfection, and at the same time in a manner that is free of ascribing to Him any imperfection. Neither the philosophers or the wise could ever describe Allah like such. Indeed it is impossible to imagine that any human mind could conceive of an existing being that possesses such complete ability, knowledge, and greatness; Who has subdued the creation; Who has encompassed everything in the universe, small or large; and Who possesses such perfect mercy.

Nor is it in the ability of any human being to place a perfect law based upon justice, equality, mercy and objectivity for all human activity on earth like the laws that Muhammad brought for all spheres of human activity - like buying and selling, marriage and divorce, renting, testimony, custody, and all other contracts that are necessary to uphold life and civilization on earth.

11. It is impossible that any person conceive wisdom,, morals, good manners, nobleness of characters as what this honorable Prophet (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) brought.

In a full and complete manner, Muhammad spread a teaching regarding character and manners toward one' parents, relatives, fiends, family, humanity, animals, plants and inanimate objects. It is impossible for the human mind alone to grasp all of that teaching or come with a similar teaching.

All of that unequivocally indicates that this Messenger did not bring an) of this religion from his own accord, but that it was rather a teaching and inspiration that he received from the One Who created the earth and the high heavens above and created this universe in its miraculous architecture and perfection.

12. The legal and credal make-up of the religion that the Messenger, Muhammad, (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) brought resembles the engineering of the heavens and the earth. All of that indicates that He who created the heavens and the earth is the One Who sent down this great law and upright religion.

The degree of inimitability of the Divine law that was sent down upon Muhammad is to the same degree of inimitability of the Divine creation of the heavens and earth. For just as humanity cannot create this universe, in the same manner humanity cannot bring forth a law like Allah's law that He sent down upon His servant and messenger Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him).

I answer your statement with the same point everybody has been trying to make to you since the beginning of this thread -- there is a whole big wide world out there with lots of other people in it and you don't know anything about them OR their beliefs. Your belief is not BETTER than theirs, nor is it the ONLY truth. Just because you babble off the same prescribed sentences you've been doing all your life and stick your butt up in the air five times a day doesn't make you right and everybody else WRONG.
You ask many questions but will you be able to answer mines?
And what question was yourses?

carolineislands wrote:Now, where's your proof that Muhammad was a true prophet of God?
Jesus says, John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
Who is the comforter?
I am assuming you are suggesting that Mohammad was the comforter? Somehow Mohammad's message doesn't seem very COMFORTING to me. Aside from that, what on earth makes you think that Jesus is referring to Mohammad?
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
This obviuosly is a man right!!
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
...
31 ¶ And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
1 ¶ Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

So does this mean God is a man? If Jesus was referring to a man why wouldn't he say the "Man" of Truth instead of the "spirit" of truth? I tried to find out how many times God was referred to as HE in any of the Abrahamic texts but of course that is ludicrous because it would be in the tens of thousands.

By your logic, you are saying God is a man.

Nine times Jesus refers to a man!!! Right!!
Wrong.
Who is this man that Jesus is speaking of?
This man is Muhammad!
Even if Jesus WERE referring to a man I doubt it would be a pedophile with 40 wives who stoned people to death and ordered apostates executed and people's hands and feet cut off. Considering Jesus brought a message of compassion and forgiveness and strove to teach us that the law is never more important than the human being it was designed to help.
This only fits the prophet muhammad. The words of the quran were inspired by God and spoken through the mouth of muhammad! for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: He shall speak the words of God! Not of himself which the prophet did.
Mohammad never spoke of himself??? As a matter of fact he said anyone who didn't agree with HIM and follow HIM was to be killed where ever you find them and will burn in a firey hell while he and his followers were sexing up the magical virgins whose hymens refresh after ever deflowering.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: and he will shew you things to come.
And now a few quotations from my Bible:

2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
Tit 3:3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

Re 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
Re 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image (five times a day?). These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Who is the spirit of truth?
John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
John 4:1
1 ¶ When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,

I don't know whose Bible you're using. Maybe Deedat's or Naik's? Obviously not OURS.

Here's an excerpt from the real Bible, right there in John where you proposed to be (but were perhaps deceiving us?)

Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost (or spirit), whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Now, how can you claim that Mohammad is this Holy Spirit when Mohammad said Christians were to be killed where ever you found them? When did Mohammad claim to come in Jesus' name?
Everytime the word spirit is used in the bible it does not refer to the holy spirit or holy ghost. From the reference above we see that a false is a false prophet and the reverse.
Wrong again, as I have already proven above.
Quran 3:45 Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of the company of those nearest to Allah.

Muhammad says that Jesus is the christ of God
Another lie from the repertoire of DEEdat. Too bad his lies didn't die with him.

The Quran says that the the angels said his name will be Christ Jesus and he will simply be held in honor in this world and in the Hereafter BY THE COMPANY OF THOSE NEAREST ALLAH.

Mohammad says jesus is just another man... a prophet -- he does NOT say he was from God.

Quran 3:59 Surely the likeness of Isa is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was.
a word from him. how does this comforter and spirit of truth not refer to Muhammad it fits him perfectly!!!
I think there are probably more references to Mohammad in the book of Revelations.
Genesis 1:26
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27:So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

When you read these versus it doesn't sound like the word of God. It sounds like a narrative like someone is telling a story to me about God and what he did. These aren't Gods words These are someone else's. In the beginning of it say things that tell you is a narrative like and God said, and God saw, and God called the light day, and God said let the earth bring forth grass. All of this sounds as is someone else is telling the story not God. If i were telling you a story about what I did I wouldn't say and muhammad said, and muhammad called, and muhammad saw no! I would say and I said, and I saw, and I called.
These are not God's words.
carolineislands wrote:So does this mean God is a man? If Jesus was referring to a man why wouldn't he say the "Man" of Truth instead of the "spirit" of truth?
God is not a man. the bible and the quran says that God formed man of the dust of the ground. What was God formed from? God wasn't God has no beginning and no ending how can he be formed from dust as man. God and man have no similarities.
carolineislands wrote:Mohammad never spoke of himself??? Bring your proof of this that this is what he said?

What is this supposed to prove?
carolineislands wrote:Re 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image (five times a day?). Okay I see this in the bible but I don't see where the fives times a day comes from it doesn't say that in any bible. Don't try to put things there that aren't there, and if it's supposed to be there why is it in parenthesis!! yet what does this have to do with the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
carolineislands wrote:John 4:1

It's in the other John 4:1!! Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2: Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
In your bible!!

it is evidence that the holy spirit was present long before jesus was with the people.
Jesus even had the holy spirit his disciples had it while they were with jesus. jesus said by the finger of god I cast out devils, this was the help of the holy spirit correct.

3:45 Lo! The angels said: "O Mary! Behold, God sends thee the glad tiding, through a word from Him, [of a son] who shall become known as the Christ [32] jesus, son of Mary, of great honour in this world and in the life to come, and [shall be] of those who are drawn near unto God.
The words of the quran are allah's words which were spoken through the mouth of muhammad so when you read this it does say the angels said but it is muhammad saying this Allah's words to the people.
carolineislands" wrote:Mohammad says jesus is just another man... a prophet -- he does NOT say he was from God.
That's all jesus was a prophet but jesus was one of the greatest prophets send by Allah. Christians have exalted him to be something which he never said he was.
1st John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
if jesus is all that you say he is God or son of God why didn't he say it then? Why didn't he say christ the son of god or God as some people claim?
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. jesus is using spirit and prophet in conjunction with one another meaning they are the same, a false prophet is a false spirit and a false spirit is a false prophet!! this is clear.

I ask you if this is the holy ghost Jesus says in John 16 he will guide you into all truth and shew you of things to come. Tell me what new things have this holy spirit shown you since the departure of jesus. what else has he given you? How come there are nine different baptist churches and all of the have the holy ghost or spirit. How is this possible?

Do you believe the Qur’ân houses god’s literal words? Plenty of passages feature god talking about himself in the 3rd person (e.g. “Had Allah wished to take to Himself a child He would have chosen what He pleased from what He creates — celebrated be His praises!” from Surah 39. Do THOSE sound like god’s words? Wouldn’t he say “If I wished to take a child… Celebrated be MY praises” etc?)

And if you believe god does speak about himself in the 3rd person for effect, or because he ordered Muhammad to tell the story about god, then you could apply the exact same premise to the opening of the book of Bereshith that you quoted above.

Pay close attention to the difference in the versus;
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle,

Quran 39:4 Had Allah wished to take to Himself a son, He could have chosen whom He pleased out of those whom He doth create: but Glory be to Him! (He is above such things.) He is Allah, the One, the Irresistible.

The versus are both in third person but this is not the issue nor the difference. The difference is in the way the third person is used. In Genesis it is speaking in a narrative third person when it says and God said whereas in the quran it is not a third person narrative it is directly God speaking in third person. But the way Allah is speaking is to the people. For instance, in the Gospel of John 3:36 it says, Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Jesus answered and said unto them is giving me the impression this is what someone said jesus had spoke not him speaking himself. The quran is not a narrative like you would read a book like the bible is when you read it you know Allah is speaking to you. This is an example Allah narrating to the people what to say 39:11 Say: "Verily, I am commanded to serve Allah with sincere devotion; 39:12 "And I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah in Islam." 39:13 Say: "I would, if I disobeyed my Lord, indeed have fear of the Penalty of a Mighty Day." The prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) didn't narrate the quran to the people like a book he recited the words of Allah to the people. When the prophet was revealed each ayah of the quran they were memorized by him. Muhammad was the first to memorize the entire quran. During the month of ramadan the angel gabriel would come to him and he would recite the quran to him. It wasn't spoken or revealed in narrative form. It was revealed then recited to the people.

There isn't anything one could say that could discredit the fact that these aren't God's words in the bible. Again it's is very hard to debate with something which holds very little foundation. If this is what you truly believe you would have an answer for it.

THIS is the TOPIC:

daylight wrote: ...Muhammad ... is Allah's Messenger in reality and truth. None but an infidel, who out of arrogance alone, could deny these signs.

Among these proofs:

1. Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) was raised illiterate, unable to read or write, ...
Untrue. A prior post showed that Mohammad actually could read and learned to write later in life.
Among all his people, he was known as being truthful and trustworthy.
So are millions of other people. Believe it or not, this is not that uncommon...

Before receiving revelation, he had no prior knowledge of Religion or any previously sent Message. He remained like that for his first forty years.
Not true. He was a merchant and was constantly exposed to many other cultures, people, religions, etc... he had to of been plenty aware of the stories he re-told.

These accounts came precisely as they were found in the Torah sent down to Moses and in the Gospel sent down to Jesus. Neither the Jews or Christians were able to belie him regarding anything that he said.
Of course they were... just like he heard them from all the Jews and Christians he was exposed to during his lifetime.
2. Muhammad... also foretold of everything that would occur to him and his community after him, ...
So did Nostradamus.
3. Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) also brought an Arabic Koran that is the peak of eloquence and clarity. ...Indeed, till our day, none has ever dared to claim that he has been able to compose words that equal-or even approach-the order, grace, beauty, and splendor of this Glorious Koran.
Well I hate to burst your bubble but plenty HAVE "dared":
C.G. Pfander says that “it is by no means the universal opinion of unprejudiced Arabic scholars that the literary style of the Qur’an is superior to that of all other books in the Arabic language.” He then cites several Arabic books that surpass the literary elegance of the Qur’an. Moreover, even Muslim scholars have pointed out numerous grammatical irregularities in the Qur’an. For example, Shi’ite scholar Ali Dashti writes:

"The Quran contains sentences which are incomplete and not fully intelligible without the aid of commentaries; foreign words, unfamiliar Arabic words, and words used with other than the normal meaning; adjectives and verbs inflected without observance of the concord of gender and number; illogical and ungrammatically applied pronouns which sometimes have no referent; and predicates which in rhymed passages are often remote from the subjects. These and other such aberrations in the language have given scope to critics who deny the Quran’s eloquence. . . .To sum up, more than 100 Quranic aberrations from the normal rules and structure of Arabic have been noted.11Dashti cites numerous examples of such literary irregularities including Sura 2:172, 177; 4:160; 9:49; 20:66; and 74:1."

4. The life history of this Noble Prophet was a perfect example of being upright, merciful, compassionate, truthful, brave, generous, distant from all evil character, and ascetic in all worldly matters,
Well, if this were true (i.e. barring child marriage, stoning people to death ordering the massacre of all members of religions other than his own, etc...), it still wouldn't prove anything. This can be said of MANY leaders throughout history. Gandhi, for one.
5. Allah instilled great love for Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) in the hearts of all who believed in and met him. This love reached such a degree that any of his companions would willingly sacrifice his (or her) self, mother or father for him.
Can also be said of Jim Jones.
There are hundreds of thousands of nuns and monks and esoterics around the world whose entire life is devoted to constant prayer, fasting and devotion to God, day in and day out. People have sacrificed family, children, love, possession, pleasure, even life itself in their devotion to Jesus, Guru Nanak, Rama, Buddha, etc... Having your butt up in the air five times a day does not mean you are the only ones who adore and love God and who are wholly devoted to Him.

7. Nor has there every been a man on earth whom is still followed in all his doings by those who believe in him.
As I said... the esoterics in India spend their entire lives in praise to God, so much so that the society has to feed them so they can survive... There are millions of people around the world who follow their leaders in all their doings with all their heart and soul... Your argument is not only arrogant, it's naive and unsupported.
Those who believe in Muhammad, sleep in the manner he slept; purify themselves (through ablution and ritual washing) in the manner he purified himself; and adhere to his practice in the way they eat, drink, and clothe themselves.
This could be seen as mental illness in some circles. It certainly was for the followers of other cult leaders like Jim Jones and Rev Moon.
8. There has never been nor will there ever be a man anywhere upon this earth who has received such love, respect, honor, and obedience in all matters-small and large alike-as has this Noble Prophet.
I will include this supposition in with the last one since they are one and the same, and are both unfounded and fallacious.
Also true of other major world religions and cult leaders. It doesn't prove anything.
10. With all this, Muhammad came with a great religion in its credal and legal make-up.
Definitely a matter of opinion. As I have already said in another post, the highest court on the Planet Earth disagrees. That is to say, the consensus of the entire civilized world disagrees with the "great"ness of Islam's "credal and legal make-up." They actually call many of these creeds crimes against humanity.
Muhammad described Allah with qualities of complete perfection,
So do the Jews and Christians. So do the Sikhs. So do MANY MILLIONS of people throughout history.

and at the same time in a manner that is free of ascribing to Him any imperfection. Neither the philosophers or the wise could ever describe Allah like such.
Really? Here is a small excerpt of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, the over 1,400 PAGE book of sacred texts of the Sikhs:
God is the Creator, God is the Doer. Nothing is beyond God; whatever He wishes comes to pass. || 2 || God is the Sacred Shrine of Pilgrimage, God is the Wish-fulfilling Elysian Tree. God is the Fulfiller of the desires of the mind. God is the Giver of His Name, by which all the world is saved. God is All-powerful, God is Formless; He is Lofty, Inaccessible and Infinite. The Praise of God is so sublime—what can any speaker say? || 3 || All the rewards which the mind desires are with the one True God. One whose destiny is so pre-ordained, obtains the Wealth of the True Name. Entering the Sanctuary of God, you shall never die again. O Saints, O Siblings of Destiny, listen: release comes only through the True Name. Worship the Feet of God. Let the Name of the Lord be your sacred shrine of pilgrimage. Hereafter, you shall be honored in the Court of the Lord; there, even the homeless find a home. || 1 || O Siblings of Destiny, service to God alone is True. When God is pleased, we obtain the Perfect, Unseen, Unknowable Lord.
Psalms 89
5 ¶ And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
6 For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?
7 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.
8 O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?
9 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.
10 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.
11 The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.
12 The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.
13 Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.
14 Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
15 ¶ Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.
16 In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.

You say that "Muhammad described Allah with qualities of complete perfection." This is true. So do a LOT of other faiths. Some of them more eloquently in many people's opinion. But that's the way it's supposed to be -- you always think your own kids are the cutest ones in the place.

No proof of anything.

Nor is it in the ability of any human being to place a perfect law based upon justice, equality, mercy and objectivity for all human
That's true... as evidenced so clearly in Shari law.

This assumption actually argues AGAINST what you are saying. You probably should have left that one out.
11. It is impossible that any person conceive wisdom,, morals, good manners, nobleness of characters as what this honorable Prophet
Gandhi did it without stoning anyone to death or slaughtering a single soul.
12. The legal and credal make-up of the religion that ... Muhammad,...brought resembles the engineering of the heavens and the earth.
All of that indicates that He who created the heavens and the earth is the One Who sent down this great law and upright religion.
What kind of logic is this? How does the legal make-up of Islam (Sharia law) resemble the engineering of the heavens and the earth???

And after you draw some similarities, please explain how that is supposed to prove anything? We have people designing staggeringly complex scientific and social constucts all throughout history. That does not mean they were divinely inspired! The person who designed the nuclear bomb could probably draw some similarities between the technology and science he used and the make-up of the universe and the planet -- does that make the bomb a divine gift from HEAVEN?

This logic is entirely faulty and does NOT (once AGAIN) prove ANYTHING.

This discussion is OVER. You have provided not a single ounce of solid evidence or even a single rational, convincing argument. Your entire supposition is built on conjecture, opinion and a very STRONG belief that your particular religion is better than anyone else's and that all these wild assumptions are some kind of proof of that.

Your argument is not just weak. It's completely unsupported and has no evidence or validity to it whatsoever.

Now... can anyone for coffee????

There isn't anything one could say that could discredit the fact that these aren't God's words in the bible. Again it's is very hard to debate with something which holds very little foundation. If this is what you truly believe you would have an answer for it.
That's because we're not discussing the Bible -- that's another thread. This was actually YOUR post, I believe? And wasn't it about Mohammad?

Besides, the Bible is supposed to be the INSPIRED word of God. Unlike the Quran, which was actually given by Gabriel. Or so said Mo.

We were discussing the qoute which you used from the bible in genesis 1:26 saying that god created man in his own image. saying that the comforter could not be a man even though it says he so many times nine to be exact. so you brought this verse saying if this is the case then god is a man. my reply was that this verse genesis 1:26 is not the word of god that's how we got to the bible. my original post was proving that Muhammad is the comforter which jesus spoke about and you have yet to reply that the he which jesus refers to isn't a man. you say it's the holy ghost or spirit when this is not true because the holy spirit was with the people before the coming of jesus. because it's says in the bible that John the son of zakariyah was born with the holy spirit. but jesus says it is expedient for you that I go away for if I go not away the comforter will not come unto you, but if I go I will send him. If the comforter is the holy spirit how can this be true if the holy spirit was with john before jesus. why would jesus say if I go not away I will send him but if I go I will send him. The holy spirit was already present. Please explain this to me?
