"Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD. Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves." (Numbers 31:16-18)
Question: Does the "God breathed" Bible accurately describe God's command?
What does God plan to do with he virgins?
A loving God? Does the Bible say that?

Are you indicating that the believers are being punished for not accepting your PCE concept?
I'm not even sure how you determine who is reprobate and who is elect?
Seems that perfect behaviour is required within the whole institution before any believer can ever cast his opinion on anything outside of it.
1 Corinthians 5:9-13 New International Version (NIV)
9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— 10 not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. 11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister[a] but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.
12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13 God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.
