Why live?

Why would god have us do this stupid step? Why even be born? Just wake up in heaven.. We make no sense. A true god that most are wanting that created everything in the universe would not need living specks of like on a grain of sand in the universe...Why even make anything outside of heaven... I don't think believers have put a real effort on if there realy was a god what the heck would even bother with us...Would you?

For a second take god out of existance...There are countless ways life could of happen...Now add god back in and you were god... I have a universe with maybe 100's of millions of planets...My only thing Im worried about is getting humans to heaven?

I hope Im still alive when everyone wakes up..

In a way it seems like people actually prefer hell. Look how the earth and the people are being destroyed, and what I have seen, the people who are destroying are content in doing so.

That is not my experience. I know plenty of people that don't believe in God and they are very concerned with the terrible state the world is in.

As the Jews; men women and children were led down the streets of Germany, the German people were like in a trance, no remorse from women or the children for their long time neighbors and even good friends the Jews, even though they saw the harsh treatment and knew they were going to be killed. Now for a neutral person witnessing this, it would seem like hell, right?

Absolutely it was horrible and terrifying beyond description but the victims were innocent and is a prime example of why I cannot understand how people can believe, without question, there is God that would allow such atrocities.

This happened in Africa and many other places since, with the whole world watching as black Christians were taken out of their homes and butchered with machetes right in front of US soldiers and their Muslim neighbors, yet as if this was justified somehow in their minds, their hearts??

This does not mean there is a God. This means human beings can be gullible, fearful, apathetic, cold hearted, ignorant, arrogant and/or ruthless, disgusting, evil, and deviously twisted. It honestly disgusts me how human beings act.

From my present persecuted point of view, most people prefer lies over the truth, evil over good and the only reason they tolerate good is to protect their own skin. The Bible has warned us that this is coming; people will regress to believing they are no different than bests, and this Evolution belief is exactly that. So God allows them to act this out, holocaust after holocaust, yet they still do not turn from their evil ways. So yes, the multitude knowingly headed straight to a Godless hell, and even though God revealed to them that He will no longer shine His love on them there, they continue to push their way in that wide gate:

To me it's a bunch of made up stories. I'm sure terrible destruction does and will happen in this world, and it is very possible it will one day be wide spread and humans will not survive, but this doesn't make the Bible true even if it does say the world will one day end. Sure people can read Revelation and say "Wow, how did those people know way back then that the world will end? They didn't know anything about the weapons of mass destruction we have available in these modern times." I can see how those people would be tempted to let this give the Bible credence but it's certainly nothing you can prove or confirm anything with in terms of their being a God. It's not enough.

Lots of people are suffering in this world and a lot of the suffering does not have anything to do with if they believe in the "correct" God or not.

"Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

I don't know if you wrote this with the post or if it is your signature quote, but anyway, a big part of the reason the Bible is written as it is, is because of people wanting to control large masses of people with fear. It is Bible scriptures like that, that perpetuate this fear.

I think the only thing the bible tells us is that the world back then was full of superstion and the need to answer ever unknown with a God did it... The bible does not fit in todays world...Thats what the bible tells us..

So you're saying hell is a lake of fire and it burns like the knowledge that the only life is also with God. I'm not sure I'm clear on that. Do you believe it is the hell like the Southern Baptists, for example, believe in, where you burn forever in torment?

I believe what Bible tells about hell. And it says it is second death and all that are put there will burn eternally. But are they alive there? I don’t see any reason from Bible to believe so.

But anyway, it is strange fire, if Hades and Death are going to that place also. It seems to me that the fire is not usual fire.

Can you give me an example of this Unbelievers ‘concern’?

Do you ‘know’ how many kids drown a year swimming in water? Now let me ask you; “Do you ‘allow’ your kids to go swimming in water?�

If you do, I must ask; “How could you? Even after the fact that you KNOW kids drown in water, how could anyone allow their kids to even go near water, not alone swim in it?�

Oh yea, … if they drown, you have God to blame.

Read the Bible, start with Genesis and you will see how God has prepared an entire universe, a world with all the safety and all the necessities built in for humanity to flourish on, and Cain went on to kill his brother Able anyways

And is the solution; ‘stop believing in God’?

If you don’t believe in God or take the Bible seriously, what does: ‘gullible, fearful, apathetic, cold hearted, ignorant, arrogant and/or ruthless, disgusting, evil, and deviously twisted mean? If another animal like an ape killed another monkey and ate it, would you attribute these labels to them too?

I invite you to stay at our home for a week, and if after that week I cannot convince you the fulfillment of Revelations with other facts besides what you quoted above, I will gladly admit to you that the Bible is false, and that there is no God. Fair enough?

Oh yes it does, and this includes today’s Christianity, … worshiping the wrong god/gods.

Have you ever gone to a remote beach at the ocean where there are riptides? You will see a warning sign posted (if you’re lucky);

WARNING:
‘Riptide, no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk!’

Now you do have a choice and ‘ignore the warning’, and swim anyways. The Bible contains such warnings, but no need for alarm, as long as you are aware of the danger you can prepare for it. Or, you can disregard the warning, or even rip it up so others won’t be able to see it either.
