We could probably agree on the fallacy in over-emphasising any one of those as a definite and important factor - but such condescension towards the whole subject? I'm sure many folk would disagree that keeping busy or being productive should over-rule a view of why/how things are and happen.

when considered philosophically. One reason I attempt to remain widely read in this area and part of the reason I attend this site is because I find value in the philosophies propounded in many theologies. It is when such ideas and philosophies morph into literal truth claims as to some supposed supernatural being that has divided the world into groups that I cringe and realize that superstition has entered the room spewing dogma, filled with holy hatred, like some evil witchcraft, like fundamentalist Christianity or Islam...and I start wondering who might be
carrying..., packing heat...
