Invalid session?

I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.

Four or five times now I will write a PM and when I send it I get an "invalid session" error message. Then I lose the PM.

Any advise, it doesn't happen all the time, just some of the times?

Operator error?

Only thing I can think of is if the session times out. Right now it is set to one hour.
