Why don't we?

Post by postroad »

I wonder why we don't use the like feature more. Does it really take to much time to click it if it adds something to our understanding or we just "like" it?

I say we use it more! And that every time we use it 1 token is automatically donated from our account to theirs without any comment necessary.

What say you?

The effects of the like feature are not readily apparent nor highly visible and for my money, the donate feature achieves some of the same ends with higher visibility.

Perhaps if something like this was to appear somewhere prominent.

I can make the top likes more visible. Any suggestions?

For top unlikes, it's not publicly visible. I've set it up so that only moderators can see that.

Why not have it that if a person likes the post then automatically that username is
added in a like column on that post?

That's a possibility. I know other sites do something like this.

Where is it? How do we use it?

At the top of each post, there's something like:
0Δ 0∇

Click on the up arrow if you like it. Down arrow if you don't like it.
