Sharing experiences and testifying are encouraged in some sub-forums, including Holy Huddle and Theology, Doctrine and Dogma (and others). The Christianity and Apologetics sub-forum is set aside for debate -- and "preaching" or "testifying" are not allowed. There the bible is not considered authoritative or proof of truth and Christianity is not assumed to be correct.

Couple of tips:
- Don't plagiarize here. When you copy and paste, give credit to the site you copied from.
- If you open a thread by pasting a wall of text, you should include your own personal comments so that we know what parts of the pasted information interest you, and what your own response is. Do you agree with what you posted, or disagree? And why do you agree or disagree.
Often enough, see, someone will paste a wall of text, or even just a link, and someone else will read the material, and take the time to do a close reading and craft a rebuttal---only to be told that the rebuttal doesn't respond to the bit that the original poster was interested in.

I always get nervous and my skeptical radar goes into overdrive when someone claims to want to enlighten me with hidden truths. Good luck with that!
