Is God only an invisible Spirit or is He also flesh (human)?

I agree God is Spirit. however, He is also flesh.
I bolded the words that are yours. They are not in John 4:24.

Maybe you can see it this way. Man (Adam and Eve) was made in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ (Jesus is the firstborn over all creation Col 1:15)). Fallen man, will be made in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ in the resurrection (1 John 3:2). (Jesus is the firstborn from the dead - see Col 1:18)

If you believe the scriptures. please read them. They are true.

If God is also flesh then He is He will not be allowed to stay in Heaven.

"But I tell you this, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s Kingdom, nor does corruption inherit incorruption." 1 Corinthians 15:50.

Again you are using eiesgensis with these scriptures. It looks like you need to head over to one of the many trinity threads because this is where this is heading.

Look, The word of God is true. THAT'S IT. whether one believes it or not, doesn't matter. His word is true and that settles it. I believe it!!!
Where, in the word of God, does it say God is Spirit, and "also flesh"?

In a plain and specific statement, not an inference.

Really, do you not understand that we will be flesh and spirit (without blood) in the resurrection? Jesus shed His blood and was resurrected in glory without a body operated by blod, but by spirit.
