bjs asked:
Great! Which of those topic were you hoping to debate, and why didn’t you bring them up in the opening post?
Here's one of them right here:
What evidence of any sort whatsoever can be presented to demonstrate that the biblical Yahweh is God?
Evidence that the biblical Yahweh is God

Christians are told to be content with faith, their unproven hope in HIM. We are to live by faith, not proof so why do you think we will have a proof for you? You must wait for the next proof with the rest of us. It will come from GOD and it will be unmistakable in its majesty and its effect.StuartJ wrote:The immediate response to my proposition that the claim that Yahweh is NOT "God" should be to demonstrate that Yahweh IS "God".
Why should GOD give more proof anyway when the last proof that HE gave and by which every person clearly saw HIS divinity and HIS power so none have an excuse has been perverted into slander by those who love sin more than the truth, myself included: Rom 1:20+?
PCE Theology as I see it...
We had an existence with a free will in Sheol before the creation of the physical universe. Here we chose to be able to become holy or to be eternally evil in YHWH's sight. Then the physical universe was created and all sinners were sent to earth.
This theology debunks the need to base Christianity upon the blasphemy of creating us in Adam's sin.

Mmmmm: John 20:28 Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!" without rebuke??Elijah John wrote:The Bible also plainly states the fact, in Psalm 100.3 and elsewhere, in a way that the NT NEVER calls Jesus "God".

And still ...
The best we get as "evidence" that the biblical Yahweh is God ...
a) The cult propaganda
b) The Indwelling Holy Spirit/Voices in the Head
God may exist ...
But what is offered as "evidence" that the biblical Yahweh is God ...
Collapses in a heap of fantasy and superstition when subjected to even the mildest objective analysis.
One must simply believe and listen to the voices in the head.

No one EVER demonstrates that "God" exists outside their parietal cortex.
