[The Tongue]

The word of God can be likened
To a star that's being ever brightened
By the mind of man reaching ever higher
But those who deviate, they're liars

In God's word man's mind can grow
But those outside, they're like the snow
That settles on the desert sand
And they'll melt away before "I AM."....The Tongue.

There are things to be seen
Which cannot be uttered
But are here for those that try --
To find the truth
The Holy Truth
And search out the life for life--
Draw near and learn of Him
For only he can say
What the Father says
And that he says
To reveal his perfect way--
So I will give my praise to Him
And ask the wisdom of His will
To guide my heart throughout my life
To learn the love that's real--
Draw near and hear this man
Who came down from above
His things are deep
He'll make you weep
About the ones you love--
So take a look inside yourself
Have you given in?
One the Master has shut the door
None else can enter in.

I have looked within and seen the secret of life revealed.


I longed to hear someone express the words I couldn’t speak
Reveal to me the mysteries of life, which all men seek,
So I sought the men of science who claim Gods body has no mind
They say the universe is growing but will die one day in time.

And then the men of piousness with them I sat me down
But they say God has no body those men in flowing gowns,
Then finally in silent dream just me and WHO I AM
We floated on life’s living stream with a pen held in my hand.

T'was then the veil began to tear in this Temple that is me
And here within this sanctuary I saw the one that we will be........The Tongue.

Can you see the vision in the heart of your mind
Of the last day of this earth when the sun goes blind
Pitch black darkness that extends into the heavens
The very last day when all things shall be gathered

The moanings, the groanings, the sheer horror fright
A new day is dawning, it's the end of the night
And then like the lightening that blasts from the sky
Christ coming in the heavens is seen by every eye

Men will be dropping, their hearts failing for fear
And others' consciences in the air you can hear
The most terrible day since creation was started
The day the tares and the wheat are finally parted

The dead souls in Christ rising up through the earth
(Though the dead see Him last, they are risen up first)
Then those alive in Christ that remain on the ground
Are caught up to be with them there in the clouds

All those that did evil are gathered and bound
The cords of their sins having holden them down
Then the wicked are cast alive into the lake of fire
Where the beast and the false prophet and the devil are

Lastly death and the grave are cast into the flames
And pain and suffering shall never again have their names
Then a new heaven and new earth (the former now past)
Where God lives with his people: the first and the last.

[The Tongue]

I apologise if this offends you brhal and although I may agree with that which you have to say, it may be a little too heavy for others, so let's lighten it up a little.

There is life after the grave
Life eternal
With our saviour
And His loved ones
Tell the people
All the good news
Don't let the devil
Keep them confused
Be a healer
And a lover
Of your neighbor

You search way down deep in you soul for something you can't touch, but when you find it you can stand on it.

[The Tongue]

There's a place down deep inside me
Where I mingles with me past,
Where the spirits of me Father's share their light.
And I often drowns me mind there,
And if you do it friend, you'll find there
All the wisdom of your Fathers and their wonderful insight.
It's like, when a drop of water falls in a vat of wine,
It take the colour and the essence of that drink.
And lately, and this is true, I've sworn,
Me descendants who are yet unborn
Have been coming down to me to make me think.
They want to suck me brain for knowledge
Or some wisdom what I've gained
But it's got me how they know just where to look
I mean, I'm a bloody no one, just a shadow in their past
Unless of course, me words get in a book....The Tongue.
