The Salvation of Jesus Christ

Post by WinkyDinky »

Matthew 6:34
Take therefore no thought for the morrow:
for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

1. In this commandment,
what is Jesus commanding, the children of God, to obey in their everyday life?
How do you understand these words of the Word of Life?

2. How do you disobey this commandment in your everyday life?

3. How do you obey this commandment, in your everyday life?

4. What happens to you when you disobey this commandment, in your everyday life?

5. What happens to you when you obey this commandment, in your everyday life?

6. What is the purpose or the objective of this commandment, in your everyday life,
given to the children of God to always obey, by Jesus the Christ?

There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias,
of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
Blameless is not the same as sinless.
Can you stand before the Lord blameless, with sin?

lol

I am sorry but
I had to laugh.
Yes you can. Do you even know why Jesus died? John 3:16
This not a laughing matter. It saddens me so much that you don't understand this. Yet, I don't blame you but who taught you.
"But God recommends his own love to us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5:8
Seriously, do you really think so much of yourself that you are so much better than everyone?
You believe as you may, I have nothing evil to speak of you. I behave as my God taught me.
And that makes me the winner. And your behavior is funny to me. It is not of God.
When your behavior becomes that of Jesus, then come boast of yourself to me.
I would never boast about myself. That was not a behavior of Jesus. Christendom is where people are taught to think so highly of themselves. Calling themselves elite, chosen, and elect. Speaking as if they were gods. It's shameful.
"But now you take pride in your arrogant boasting. All such boasting is wicked." - James 4:16
"Do nothing out of contentiousness or out of egotism, but with humility consider others superior to you." - Philippians 2:3
"Do not become wise in your own eyes." - Romans 12:16

It is only by Jehovah's and Jesus' loving kindness that I am worth anything even though I am a sinful being and deserving of death. I know my place in the grand scheme of things. Every day of life I have is a gift that I do not deserve. I too behave as my God as taught me. Not to think more of myself than what is necessary and encourage people to repent that do.
Your private interpretation is incorrect to scripture.

2 Peter 1:20
Knowing this first,
that no prophecy of the scripture
is of any private interpretation.
I don't use private interpretation and it only your opinion that I am.

Whether you
boast or not,
is not going to deliver you from
any delusional delusions
or misleading knowledge
that you have acquired along the way,
so as to the love of Jesus,
and His salvation.

Pure opinion and speculation. You have no idea of God's judgement on me. I don't have to answer to you for judgement so your judgement of me is of no value and therefore has been discarded.
Do you have any scriptural rebuttal to the scriptures posted or are you just going to keep spewing out valueless opinion based judgement posts? One's opinion and Judgement of others doesn't lead to salvation. Its quite the opposite.

“Stop judging that you may not be judged; for with the judgment you are judging, you will be judged, and with the measure that you are measuring out, they will measure out to you." - Matthew 7:1. 2
"For the one who does not practice mercy will have his judgment without mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment." - James 2:13

I do not debate opinion. I can only prove you have an opinion based on the fact you give no proof that what you say is true. So unless you have some scriptural bases for your posts, we're done here.

So your reply to warnings from the Bible about judging others is to double down on judgement of me. You don't know anything about me. Personal attacks about a person are not allowed on this board. Anything you think you know is actually opinion of which I do not care about. Do you have any scriptural rebuttal?

I do not debate opinion. I can only prove you have an opinion based on the fact you give no proof that what you say is true. So unless you have some scriptural bases for your posts, we're done here.
Why

I am amazed that you can detrimentally judge 2timothy whom you don't know, and think that God is pleased with you. You don't back up what you say with Scripture and yet you think you are in the right.
