I submitted post 16. When it registered I noticed that Joeys post was situated after mine and had the number 17. I submitted another post pointing this out and this new post became 17 and Joeys post is now number 18.
problem with the order of the posts.

Maybe related...
On that same night, 7 Jun, I sent a few PMs but kept getting a message along the lines of "you can't post so soon after posting" (even as the 'first' post had the same message). I'm still not sure if those PMs made it through.

Probably the only way to prove that posts are actually out of order is if you can quote someone, then the quoted post comes after your post. Otherwise, I'm not convinced the posts are actually out of order.

OK, I think I know what happened. There were a power outage last night and the server went down. Somehow, that screwed up the clock and set it back 3 hours. I've now corrected the time.
