Prophesied: Nuclear War will Happen

This global cataclysmic event has been foretold a long time ago in the Bible and evidences of this prophecy can now be understood right now. The signs are there, the doomsday clock is ticking nearer to strike into its fulfillment.

I also believe the Bible is nothing but a book of nonsense, so that doesn't help.

Not very constructive or well thoght out. Not a good debating tactic.

The bible says that the world will never stumble. That god made it to last forever.
So he will never let any nuclear war threaten hes plans with this planet.
But there is a great war coming soon. The great war of Jehovah...Armageddon
That ill take away all evil in this planet.
The Bible says that when this world passes away, “the wicked one will be no more. It also says: “The upright are the ones that will reside in the earth, and the blameless are the ones that will be left over in it. (Psalm 37:10, 11; Proverbs 2:20-22) So the earth will be cleansed of all remnants of immorality, including all those who refuse to abide by the wholesome teachings of our Creator. An earthly paradise, similar to that in which God placed the first human pair, will then gradually be cultivated earth wide by lovers of God.—Genesis 2:7-9.

Consider the pleasure of living in such a cleansed earth of paradisaic beauty! Among those who will be privileged to see it will be the billions resurrected from the dead. Rejoice in God’s promises: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it. “[God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.—Psalm 37:29; Revelation 21:3, 4.

Yes, so what. The writers of the Bible are probably wrong about that

This is the danger inherent in theistic thinking. God is in control, they say. God will not let that happen. But there is no evidence that God is in control. The almighty sky-daddy is not going to intervene and prevent us from destroying ourselves. We really need to, ourselves, take steps to prevent it.

Why would there ever be a great war against an all mighty God. If he wanted all evil to be removed from this planet, he could simply and quickly remove all evil from this planet. There is no need for a great war, with all the histrionics and drama.

If you look up in the encyclopedia of bible prophecies. You will find that 2.860 bible prophecies have been proven by archeologist that they are true.Would you belive a book that told you what would happen in the future more then 2000 times and everything came true?[/quote]

Jehovah is a loving god he docent want any one to be destroy.
So he gives warnings of what will happen if one don't repent from practis evil.
It will be a justice war only the wicked onces will perish. It will not be like a human war where the victims are mostly the civilians and innocent ones
And it will show for future generasions that god don't tolerate people that abuse hechader.destroy the enviroment

Ha ha. I assume you mean 2,860 not 2.860.
Did you mean Encyclopedia of Biblical Prophecy by J. Barton Payne? Or is there some online encyclopedia of Bible prophecies?

How about you pick the best two or three prophecies that have been proven by archeology?

There is no evidence that there was ever a universal great flood.

Then why do you say that he destroyed everyone in the flood?

Why then would he tolerate abuse now? Why for thousands of years? Why not remove evil now not later?

It's odd. There are no links on that page indicating information about the Bible.

The Bible obviously never prophesied nuclear war.

I believe that it does say there will be more wars(Humans killing each other? Who'd have thought...), but unless the Bible makes any reference to atomic fission or fusion, or even a man made explosion in general, it's obviously not 'Nuclear War'.

Now guess where Iran's largest nuclear complex is... combined with a presidency of John "Bomb bomb Iran" McCain, we better repent our sins or head for Mars, or else...

Well, who cares for atomic bombs anyway, you'll die in an eyeblink, never realizing what killed you.
The muslims are ino the same stuff, and what's worse they might just go to the limit and try to pull it off, if the Christians don't do it.

As regards the atomic bombs, if you are near the epicentre you will surely die, but you could also be outside the reach of the blast and die slowly from radiation sickness, ....like those affected by Hisoshima, or Chernobyl.

Interestingly enough, the origins of the place named Chrnobyl is that it is named after the Ukrainian word for mugwort or wormwood (Artemisia vulgaris), which is "chornobyl". The word is a combination of the words chornyi (чорний, black) and byllia (билл, grass blades or stalks), hence it literally means black grass or black stalks. Wormwood is aparently a very bitter pant, but as the bible is such a messed up selection of texts it's impossible to say that there is anything but a coincidental occurence between the mention of Wormwood and the link to modern day Chernobyl.
