Is this what GOD means?

In the world of psychiatry/psychology they have some rather amusing terms:

MAD = Mixed Anxiety Depression

ODD = Oppositional Defiance Disorder

BAD = Bipolar Affective Disorder

SAD = Seasonal Affective Disorder

... and so on.

It occurred to me one day that the behaviour of many people who are overtly religious fits perfectly with the definition of GOD as being:

Ghostly Overlord Disorder

One of my informants recently told me that the authorities are contemplating setting up a sophisticated population monitoring system which they call Social Activity Tracking Area Network ... using mobile phone technology.
