Debating "Christians Are Revolting" Book

Would anyone like to read and debate "Christians Are Revolting?" In my humble opinion, the author makes some amazingly accurate points and seems to really drive home just how Christians are Revolting against their very own God.

Awesome. I'm not particularly familiar with book debate protocol, so feel free to guide how it happens. I presume you create a subforum and interested parties can be invited. Then, what, we go a chapter at a time and pick out highlights worth discussing?
