Outbox

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the deal with "Outbox"? What is the difference between that, and "Sent"..and how do I get my PM's SENT instead of going to OUTBOX!?!?

As far as I know, outbox contains pm's that you have sent, but that have not yet been read by the person you sent them TO.

Once they have been read by the person you sent them TO, they move into the sent box.
