Even with the GMT offset set correctly. Anyone else having this problem?
Most likely the GMT calculation for the site is the culprit.
Current time calculation is 1/2 hour behind

Good. I was hoping that you'd implemented a fix. I'd noticed that it was correct before checking to see if there had been a response to my post. There would have had to have been something really strange going on if you hadn't implemented a fix.
