Khaen, my friend, didn't get his e-mail

My friend Khaen is trying to register on the website, and has of yet failed to get his confirmation e-mail.

On the odd chance he failed to enter his e-mail correctly, he also remade the secondary version of his name with a few numbers, to see if the e-mail would show up at a different address.

Any chance you could help? It would be greatly appreciated.

I have manually activated Khaen and set the email address to the excite.com address.
