control picture

Hi! I just tried to register, but every time that I duplicated the control picture scropt in the field below it, it insisted that I had typed it wrong when I clicked the "register" button. Even when I copy & pasted...
...er, where am I going wrong, please?

Copy & pasted? The control picture are images so there's no way to copy them. If you don't see images, then perhaps somehow your browser is blocking images. There should be images of 8 random letters. Then in the box, type in the letters that you see.

I dont know if its a difference with american as opposed to "gods" english but im getting the same problem...9 and g confussion! tried resetting but each set of "random" letters seems to include 9s or Gs, 1s or ls.

OK, I have taken out the characters that look similar: 0,o,O,1,l,L,i,I,g,9.

Sorry, but this your control pic still doesn't work. This is what I get as a message each time I attempt to register.

"The control image doesn't match what you've typed in"

I've tried putting in spaces, I've tried everything.

Strange. We've had other people registering, so the control pic must be working.

- What browser/version are you using?
- What Operating System are you using?
- Do you have cookies turned off?
- Do you have images turned off?
- What is the speed of your internet connection?
