Morality question 2

Is it ok to replace families with other families simply because their house is empty due to so many deaths from fighting in a war defending freedom for all?

Rise of alt right parties across the West. I can't make you aware of it. It seems to be current news. Isn't it?
I don't know. Present some support for this claim and then we can discuss it.

Okay. How does this relate to my dragon slaying neighbors?

If the West had been allowed to repopulate their own lands after saving the world from fascism/socialism then there might he less angst about immigration today. I wonder.

I asked about your hypothetical situation of dragon slayer neighbors. Have you once again shifted to what you view as a real situation?

I'm not sure what you aren't understanding. If you can't see a relationship that is OK. The dragon metaphor was intended to help but if not ignore it.

Are you saying that if the West had frozen immigration until they were able to repopulate/replace the sons they lost (in those wars) with their own natural born citizens, that there might have been less angst over immigration now?

Would that be angst as in resentment? Or as in fear of being out-populated in their own country, with the current trends in immigration? Like the fear of losing the majority in their own countries; much like what the Palestinians feared with the surge of Jewish immigration into Palestine. And now - since the Palestinian fears were realized - why the Jews refuse to allow a right of return to the Palestinians who were displaced from their homes. Because that right of return would cost them the majority, and render them a minority in (the state of) Israel.

Did I understand your point correctly?

Peace again to you!

Yes. It is multi layered. Lebanon is another example you might consider where the Christian majority allowed muslims in and lost that majority.

Lebanon is an example of a country in the West?

And rather than land, you are concerned with the loss of religious dominance?

Is this what you think drives Trump and his desire to build a wall?

Tam mentioned Palestine, a place not in the West first, not me.
