The Stan Lee (X-MEN) code

Have you ever seen the movie or comic X-Men? If so, look closely at the main character, Dr.CharLes XaVIer. Can you see the Roman numeral for 666 encoded into his name (DCLXVI)? Thats not all in both Daniel and Revelation, Ten-men/horns are given power with the Beast666 aka the antichrist. The roman numeral for 10 is X. Do the X-Men represent those 10-evil men? Of course I don't believe the BEAST is a comic book character. I believe the real antichrist is MAITREYA, the buddist messiah, as Pastor Harry Walther posted on his web site, because MAITREYA equals 666 in Hebrew. But that doesn't mean XaVIer doesn't represent the Beast. Even the X-men Symbol, an X inside a Circle resembles a Nazi Swashstica. :-k

Is it possible that a person could approach a text, a comic book or video game LOOKING for references to Satan, Masons or any other group, and NOT find them?

Is this not the very essence of what is called an 'assumed conclusion'?

A person so pre-disposed would find demonic references in a dip recipe.

It seems it isn't an issue of any demonic presence but simply what a person can convince himself he is seeing.

A reasonable line of inquiry which is germane to this very topic is the incidence of belief in what are popularly called 'Conspiracy Theories' amongst the credulous.

Statistics bear out the linear relationship between high levels of religiosity coexisting with high levels of acceptance of or belief in these Theories. The more religious a person is, on any metric you'd like to use, the higher the probability that person will reject majority views on events such as JFK's assassination, 9/11 or the veracity of the moon landings.

From whence did this notion originate?

Nowhere in evolutionary theory is any sense of direction other than time even implied. Evolution is merely a falsifiable prediction of the traits one could expect to find in an earlier common ancestor or a prediction of how long it would take for two separate populations of the same animal to no longer be inter-fertile.

There is no 'forward' or 'backward' evolution. Evolution is an explanation of the diversity of life. It is absent any consideration of 'good' or 'bad' evolution.

Who thinks there SHOULD be people with genetic super-powers?

Do you?
