What reason for 42 digits incitements to crop up in fundamental working of the universe or is there any?

The ratio between gravitational attraction to electrical repulsion, is 42 digits long well 1/(4.17 X 10^42). There is another not sure if it is easily found.

While this may be true, I don't see how it's anything beyond mere coincidence. Sometimes things, by chance, happen to coincide -- there isn't necessarily a reason to think it's anything deeper.
