I've been watching the Initiation video for Heaven's Gate.
It's fascinating to see Jesus at work. (He claimed to be the reincarnation of Jesus)
He's speaks in a way like he's talking to children, like they can't understand. Just like I imagine Jesus.
His theology was very Christo-centric. He changed it to "fallen angels and aliens are synonymous".
His view is VERY Pauline. What Marcion thought was the true Canon: Pauls letters and some of the gospels. His thoughts about the Flesh vs. Spiritual bodies are as Paul spoke about. The Gnostics ay have been right about Jesus!
Maybe Jesus really has come back to tell us that we must graduate to the next level?
What is wrong with the Heaven's Cult message? Why was he wrong? What made his actions evil?
36 people confidently killed themselves.
That's more than Jesus could, allegedly, convince to die for him. That's a factor of 3 on the "Prophet Kills" scale.
Why were they wrong, if Christianity is partially literal and metaphorical? Why couldn't Jesus come back for further clarification and offer one more escape?
It's more than God did in the Flood.
After all, no one dies for a lie.
