The only two reasonable positions on the existence of God?
Post #1Atheism and Deism? From our standpoint, those two philosophies are indistinguishable. All others can be dismissed on the basis of reason/science since other theologies inevitably have to resort to faith (blind faith) to justify ignoring reason and logic.

Post #111This is a totally bogus misuse of scientific theory. Yes, string theory has shown the possibility of several well defined highly curved spacial dimensions. I actually believe that if there is a God, which I can only hope exists, that there's probably a supernatural multi-dimensional realm outside (whatever that term might mean in this context) our 4 dimensional universe. But we have no evidence for it or anything on which to hang one's faith other than, again, hope. But the biblical supernatural has no foundation but complete hearsay.

How about Probulism where probability itself is a deist god.

before time and space.
before energy and matter.
there was only the probability that all would occur or exist.
When Einstein said that God does not play dice with the universe he did not realize that God is the dice. God is probability.
Think quantum fluctuations. The big Bang. Origin of life. It is all probability.
I even wrote a book on it.

It's related or grew out of The Statistical Theory of Everything (not the theory of everything.
