When Self-Preservation is Immoral

Post by Dimmesdale »

Is Self-Preservation ever immoral? Well, of course, I guess.

If it is at the expense of others in a really bad way. Or if it interferes with others' freedoms.

Is one then obliged to commit suicide if there is no other way of accommodation?

Does anyone have any right to exist, in such a scenario?

I suppose, if we do not decide, life must decide for us. And then all we can do, if we are denuded of free will, is "go with the flow."

Regardless, however, whatever happens, I no longer believe anyone is obliged to feel guilty.
