Post #2Since this rule is coming in, does that mean signatures will be allowed for everyone again?otseng wrote:A new rule has been added.

“What do you think science is? There is nothing magical about science. It is simply a systematic way for carefully and thoroughly observing nature and using consistent logic to evaluate results. So which part of that exactly do you disagree with? Do you disagree with being thorough? Using careful observation? Being systematic? Or using consistent logic?

Post #4Here is a hint for everyone: Any signature in the form or "_____ are fools" will in all probability be deemed to be uncivil, insulting, or inflammatory.
Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.

Post #6The fact that the source of the insult can be found in a Holy text of some religion does not grant anyone immunity from the rules. Saying that unbelievers are fools in your signature will probably be deemed to be insulting.SacredCowBurgers wrote: Pr 14:1: The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God."

Post #7Too bad. But at least I know the site has sold out to political correctness as opposed to debating the real Biblical text. Thanks.McCulloch wrote:The fact that the source of the insult can be found in a Holy text of some religion does not grant anyone immunity from the rules. Post #8It has been ruled that insults cannot be used in your signature. Feel free to actually debate the meaning of any biblical text. Including those texts which may insult others.SacredCowBurgers wrote: Too bad. But at least I know the site has sold out to political correctness as opposed to debating the real Biblical text. The passage has nothing to do with the real Biblical text.

Post #10I am not thin skinned like some of the atheists who when they start losing a debate have to find something to complain about like a signature or a Bible verse irrelevant to the OP of the debate, so I would not care what you put in your sig. If its obnoxious, it clarifies a bit more of who or what you are about.Cathar1950 wrote:Do you think it wold be fine if atheist wrote such things such as all Christians are fools?SacredCowBurgers wrote:Too bad.
