Added search engine search form

There are a lot of limitations with the default phpbb search functionality. It is slow, you can't do whole word searches with it, and it fills up the database. So, I've added capability in the search page to be able to use the major search engines to search this site. You can use Google, MSN, Yahoo, AskJeeves, and Become to search this site. All of these search engines regularly index this site so the results will be fairly relevent. Searches will be displayed in a separate window so that you can use several engines with the same search criteria without retyping it in.

I've also modified it so that only registered users can access the phpbb search functionality. Guests can only search this site using the search engine search form.
