You might be interested to know that there are many kinds of transhumanists, Christian and atheist alike. Some favor genetic manipulation while others prefer technological implants. You will even find that there are anarcho-transhumanists who do not really want to be controlled by come centralized government server somewhere.

If you wear glasses, take medication, have had vaccinations, or rely on motorized or computerized machinery to help you move around -- then you are already a transhuman. Technology has aided your immune system and vision and physical mobility.

Your site reminds me of the Luddite movement or the Amish. Would you have us abandon all technology and go live in the woods, and regain our old lifespans of 30 years just... subject to the ravages of nature and beast? Is that what your god wants?

Everyone enjoys the benefits of technology. As long as no one abuses that and uses it against others, there's no harm in technological advancement. If someone is blind and needs help to see, they can get a visual implant. That doesn't mean it has some secret code within it that controls the person's mind or sends their location to an NSA database somewhere.

As for your claims of some dystopic future, I just don't buy it.

Sorry for the delay. Checkout the New Eden at http://defeatingthebeast.com/the-new-eden/. The use of high tech is advocated, just not as biological or mental enhancement. I think computing systems and robotics will make fine labor saving devices if used within a communal society practicing Christianity as it was intended.

I think the beast is just money.

Sorry everyone, but the riddle is fulfilled by the stuff. Or at least 1/3 of it is. 666, One 6 is money, I think the other six is the worshiping of false religions or turning to computers etc., instead of God, and the third 6, is still a mystery to me.

..... don't take it;➯
. . beast- an animal, especially a large or dangerous four-footed one; .
. . mark- a small area on a surface having a different color from its surroundings, typically one caused by accident or damage;
. . dot- a small round mark or spot;
. . word relation study➯{mark, welt, bruise, dot} can be left by ➯{rod, staff, cane} ➯{cain, cane, canine} ➯
666➯ with the dot or mark is 0.6666 or 2/3; according to the bible 2/3 is the amount of angels who weren't cast from heaven, approximate percentage of people many think will go to heaven;
