If Jesus is mediator between God and man, should the mediator be worshiped? Should he be Divinized?
Is this what Jesus intended, his own glorification?
Even if Jesus is mediator between God and man..

Even if Jesus is mediator between God and man..
Post #1 My theological positions:
-God created us in His image, not the other way around.
-The Bible is redeemed by it's good parts.
-Pure monotheism, simple repentance.
-YHVH is LORD
-The real Jesus is not God, the real YHVH is not a monster.
-Eternal life is a gift from the Living God.
-Keep the Commandments, keep your salvation.
-I have accepted YHVH as my Heavenly Father, LORD and Savior.
I am inspired by Jesus to worship none but YHVH, and to serve only Him.

Post #12Yes, a man can, and according to Paul, a man is, in fact, the mediator:Wootah wrote:Can a man (or angel or a dog) be the mediator between God and man?Elijah John wrote: If Jesus is mediator between God and man, should the mediator be worshiped? Should he be Divinized?

(1 Timothy 2.5 KJV)For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Well err yes. How does Jesus as a man pay for sins against God?

Well err yes. He does so by dying on the cross and remaining dead for 2 1/2 days or so.

I've already answered that. By dying on the cross and remaining dead for 2 1/2 days or so.

Your argument then is with the Bible. I'm simply reporting it's claims.

Post #20I am reporting the claims the Bible makes. Are you claiming that it is incorrect?
