If you are a child of God then you will have the traits and instincts of God passed on to you
from birth. That will more than verify that you are born of God by that to which you live in the Spirit.

However, those born from above. as with hose born from below, need time, nourishment, and experience, so they can grow to maturity and truly manifest the traits and instincts of God their Father.

No I do not consider him anything other than he is him.
I hold the Spirit of God as the one and only authority.

I suggest that God is the ultimate authority, and that He gives some to whom or to what He chooses.

Yes, if you become my father then you can give me the right to be my child. You are not my father. I am a child of the living God, by His will and purpose and power. You have neither the authority nor the power to claim otherwise.

There are many people in the world and in history. Some might be called the children of God, and others might be called the children of the devil. My interest in the children of God. I will leave the children of the Devil to their own family matters.

Of course my mother told me that she is my mother. Did your mother never tell you that she is/was your mother? That would be super sad if she did not tell you.

You may continue to call it a lie all you wish, but it is the Spirit of God, at work through the Holy Scriptures, who declares that we are children of God.

If God were your Father we would not be having this conversation.
