Are you aware that your participation in that worthless game of the flesh is a sin? Just think, all that time you have wasted running around hitting a little ball you could have given it to God to which you owe everything. Have you ever stopped to think...what does He think about it?

HAHAHAHA!!! I actually have given it a lot of thought. Golf is not a worthless game, my friend. Some people do play it worthlessly, though, I'll give you that. But there are many life lessons in golf (and many other types of leisure). And it's actually very possible to praise God, and meditate on His precepts -- and be preached to, figuratively speaking -- while playing it. Grace and peace to you, Jim.

Death is the separation from God. When you
are separated from God you live without God to which is death. When you are joined to God
you live with God to which is life.

If you want to exist forever you must be joined to God.
If you want to die forever then become separated from God.

Pay no mind to them that claim they are

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

When God takes His holy spirit away from you, He removed you from His presence
you are no longer in His presence and you are dead.

Because you are separated from Him by the spirit.

Mankind was created originally with only two differences between him and the angels!

These two differences are body type and knowledge of good and evil.

Trees in the Garden of Eden represented each of these differences.

Eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil would allow man to distinguish good from evil.

Eating from the The tree of Life would gain them everlasting life.

When Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge, both did immediately know right from wrong.

They had become as gods in that they recognized good and evil.

Thus, Adam and Eve were evicted from the Garden of Eden to prevent them from eating of the tree of life and becoming equal unto the angels:

At this point there is only one difference remaining between man and the angels. That difference is that men have mortal, physical bodies whereas angels have immortal, spiritual bodies.

Jesus is addressing living men who have already been born of water. Human bodies are approximately 70% water and were carried in the womb in water. Man is the only animal which may gain eternal life since he is the only animal created with freedom of choice. One must choose whether or not to accept Jesus as their Savior. Thus to enter the Kingdom of God, one must first be born of water as a man and not some other animal.

If one chooses to accept Jesus as his Savior, his second birth after Jesus returns to the earth will be a spiritual birth into the Kingdom of God. It is a real event, not simply some emotion! You are born a second time as a spirit, or born again of the Spirit!

They will be separated eternally from everything -- including God.

But being "separated eternally from God" is NOT the wages for their sins.
