How do YOU view John 3:16?

No other scripture has EVER been quoted as much as~
John 3:16- For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Ironically, nearly everyone quoting it DON'T BELIEVE it!

1- It says God SENT someone (His son). Churchianity teaches God came HIMSELF... or is it 'Themselves' ('Trinity')?
2- It says to prevent those that believe from PERISHING. Churchianity teaches it was to save them from being Tortured Forever ("Hellfire').
and,
3- It says that they could have Eternal Life. Churchianity teaches all ALREADY HAVE IT, being IMMORTAL souls housed in these bodies.
