Looking at the the script in the Hebrew, can you See the word WOMAN anywhere in verse 23?

Don't see "fatality" there either, which appears in your NWT Bible. ...

Are you suggesting that the Hebrew אסון "[any] harm," (better translated as "disaster"), is equivalent to or synonymous with the Hebrew מִקרֶה מָוֶת (fatality), or at best מָוֶת (death)? If so, then I suggest whoever put your Bible together take a refresher course in Hebrew translation. מִקרֶה מָוֶת is an inexcusable translation of אסון. In no way is fatality synonymous with or the equivalent to harm. And I believe you know it.
