Questions for Roman Catholics ...

How is it that you reconcile the fact that a doctor has been excommunicated for performing an abortion on a nine year old girl, raped by her step-father and carrying twins yet not a single member of the Third Reich was ever excommunicated for committing genocide?

Do you still consider the Roman Catholic Church a legitimate source of moral teaching and example?
Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.
First Epistle to the Church of the Thessalonians
The truth will make you free.
Gospel of John

The answer is that many of those who are excommunicated from the Church are automatically excommunicated, and, therefore, a formal excommunicated is not needed. You state that “not a single member of the Third Reich was ever excommunicated. In the light of automatic excommunication, however, how is it that you’ve determined that not a single member was ever excommunicated? For automatic excommunication is just that – automatic! This is the dogmatic teaching of the Church.

The Roman Catholic Church is the Immaculate Bride of Christ, the One, True, Holy and Apostolic Church established by Jesus Christ, outside of which there is no salvation or remission of sins. Holy Mother Church shall always be free from all error in matters of faith and morals, as she has Christ’s infallible promise to always be with her.

People need to realize that what they may perceive as the Catholic Church today is not the Catholic Church, but an apostate counter church, headed by Anti-pope Benedict XVI, which was predicted in the Bible and in Catholic prophecy. The true Church, which remains whole and inviolate, has been reduced to a remnant.

“Even if Catholics faithful to Tradition were reduced to a handful, they would be the true Church. Saint Athanasius

“So that all, making use of the rule of faith, with the assistance of Christ, may be able to recognize more easily the Catholic truth in the midst of the darkness of so many errors. Pope Pius IV, Council of Trent

Wikipedia says that in the Roman Catholic church excommunication is the formal announcement of a pre-existing condition. So basically, people who go against the teachings of the Catholic church are automatically excommunicated, but sometimes, usually in the case of famous people or occurrences, the Pope decides to make the formal announcement, I suppose to illustrate the fact that the church disapproves of that person's actions.

So, why was Hitler's excommunication not announced by Pope Pius XI or Pope Pius XII? They were popes during the Third Reich, and I believe they are considered legitimate popes even by sedevacantists.
