Will it take off?
Mythbusters finaly did the airplain on a treadmill, and it did indeed take off. This one, I'm not sure, the rotation of the turntable would be I assume, going the "wrong" way from the blades - BUT the stabliser blade might make the helocopiter not "care" about what the turntable is doing...
And of course the internet loves the "dimand bullet" debate. The idea goes something like "diamand is the hardest thing ever" and "if you made it into a bullet it would go though ANYTHING" well, no - but would a bullet made of dimand fly at all, would it go though anything at all?
Liquid Nigtergen vs Lava. What wins and why.
Questions to ponder.

Can we assume that the rotors on the helicopter go a bit faster than 33â…“ RPM?

The rotars I think are going at whatever speed normaly lets a helocoptor take off, and I assume the rotation of the turntable is equal to that, although if we were doing it as an experment IRL (rather then in the mind) it would be nice to try slower and faster as well.
