Interesting survey. I answered the questions bearing in mind that at work, most of us are professional adults who understand when it is and when it isn't appropriate to use a phone. I recently sat in a company town hall where the speaker told everyone to not use their phones and found it to be extremely patronizing. This is work, not high school. Smart phone usage enhances productivity.
