Ah man, I really have almost never listened to a full rock album start to finish but....

Maybe Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd, or Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Those come to mind at least.

Then, maybe Moon Safari by Air, I enjoyed... though that's not classic rock by any stretch.

I'm more a Hit junkie... I know way too many hits.

Then obviously you're the perfect candidate for this thread.
Maybe Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd...
You're rockin' with that one. Dark Side of the Moon is one of the great rock albums. My list doesn't include it because there's just too many great albums to credit all of them.

I'll need to check out that one on YouTube.

You'll find some albums with hit singles on my list in the OP.

I see that you're into the big names. I'm not that familiar with most of the albums on your list, but Neil Young - Harvest is a great choice.

Harvest was my first album so it's a sentimental favorite as well as being a great album. He has others that qualify, but I had to pick one.

I'm surprised anyone asking about favorite rock and roll albums wouldn't be familiar with most of these. Nothing pop like KISS or anything, but nothing obscure really.

When it comes to rock and roll, I tend to favor the heavier stuff although considering what's coming out today, the Beatles seem to be better than ever!

15. Warren Zevon - Excitable Boy

This too although technically not Rock and Roll:

16. Son Volt - Trace
