Very interesting!
Particularly about the stories that center around Egypt vs. Mesopotamia. I wonder if it's possible to do any excavation in the Persian Gulf (at some point in the future), or if it's all completely destroyed by now.
I do, however, find it hard to believe that agricultural methods were that upsetting to hunter-gatherer tribes. Maybe there was some kind of dispute about land rights, but I don't see how it could have been that traumatic.
