In fact, when you lose weight, you can eat everything. The main thing is to observe the calorie deficit. And only eat when you're starving. Well, of course you need to train. I thus lost weight in two months. But instead of active training, I did yoga for sciatica. I just don't like active exercise. I'm a former gymnast and I love stretching. You have no idea how much pleasure I get when I sit on the splits or stretch my back. So there are many ways to lose weight. The main thing is not to limit yourself in food.
