As the saying goes, "You can't throw a rock without hitting a [insert item here]". While that's not literally true for Christianity, we do see a lot - a lot - of Christian based faiths.
Can they all be true if they're different, even by a little?
Christian belief A
Christian belief B
Both are 99.9% identical in their beliefs. But that's not 100%. So they're not the same. Assuming one of these two are right, that means, since they're not identical, one is wrong - even if it's by the tiniest of margins.
Seven Day Adventists
Mormons
Methodists
Nazarenes
JWs
Roman Catholics
Byzantine Catholic
Syrian Catholic
Baptists
Southern Baptists
Lutheran
Amish
Mennonite
The list is almost endless.
Which one of these denominations (or one not listed) is the correct one?
And why?
What's the one, true, correct, Christian denomination?

BUT the truth of Christianity holds true only until the day of death.
Christianity serves one purpose. It allows the disobedient to live out their days with joy thinking they will be rewarded with eternal paradise. Christians don't fear God. They can eat ham and eggs for breakfast and have a bacon cheeseburger for lunch then ham for dinner and think it's okay. God said don't eat pig. He never changed his mind.
Everyone has free will. To do what God wants or do whatever they want and when they want. Christianity is Gods gift to those who don't want anything to do with him. Christians will deny this. Yeah...i know...father, son and holy ghost. But it's all about Jesus. The flesh is what they worship. Christians live out their days and will go to the grave with a smile on their face. Peace on Earth is what they received. Two thousand +;years ago (before Christianity) the disobedient worried about eating pig.
Which Christian religion is correct? They all make people feel good. And none of them worry about dying. All accomplish the same purpose . Heed the following:
Like a Partridge that sits on eggs and doesn't hatch them is like he who gets riches and not by right will leave them in the midst of his days and in the end shall be a fool.
Live it up Christians. Live it up like there's no tomorrow

We see many, many different takes on religious notions, such that any individual can fuss em up their god of choice.
It's just that none can show their god has an opinion.
I might be Teddy Roosevelt, but I ain't.
