Yet another sickening display of the adulteration of 'christ's love', seen above.

Why is it so easy for not only people to hide hate behind love, but also be 'overlooked' for hating when they should be loving?

For discussion:
Why do you think a loving god allows for such hatred to be fostered within his name?
And why do so many people seem to 'overlook' the hate that spews from churches?

Righteous anger is permissible as sorowfully torturing and burning people for the good of their souls...or in the interests of the Church anyway..is reason never to allow religion temporal power, as if religion -based punishments in Muslim countries wasn't warning enough. Didn't God shake his head (or whatever He has) in regret, surveying the drowned populace - but not to the extent of putting it magically back the way it was and trying to find another way of doing it. Nah...let the regrettable Global slaughter stand. And if God can order the Amalekites dealt with in a way that would have had the Einsatzgruppen shaking their heads in admiration, who are we to doubt and question even if He orders that His Book shall say he is perfect, loving and Merciful.

And if the Prophecies are a bombing back to the stone age with some biological weaponry to suit all tastes, doesn't God know what's best? At least for Him

Presuming, as you do here, that god could disallow it, why do you think he does not, but prefers to allow it? Could it be that god approves churches flying Black Lives Matter and Gay Pride flags, and hates conservative Christians? Of course it could! When one thinks about it, what could be more reasonable than to support all his creatures as he has made them, and hate those who do not.

What?!?! Loving blacks and gays?!?! Sacrilege (says the conservative, straight, white, believers who liken church to a social club, complete with 'dues', board members and a 'leader')
Seriously, at one time I wondered why this type of thing would happen. Then I met more and more christians. Then I knew why. I kicked off the shackles of christianity and moved on to better things.
