Are evangelicals more apt to try to have power over others than other christian sects?
If not, why not?
If so, what's their end goal? Or is there not one - is it simply more of a 'power thing' than anything else?

Or are they just as power hungry as any other.... group (because some get offended over using the C word even though, per definition, it is correct)?

I don't think so. Historically, Evangelicals (and particularly Fundamentalists) have eschewed politics.

The trend toward greater political participation among Evangelicals in the United States over the past 40 years may signal a fundamental shift in attitude about political power among that group, but I suspect they will revert back to less political engagement over the long term.
It is apparent that the Marxian/Marxist and the Muslim religions are the political power grapping religions, with aspirations of converting the whole world, by hook crook, or sword. The no god religion, atheism, would be a fundamental part of Marxist ideology.
Is it being 'power hungry' or simply over zealousness of being 'right' and getting to 'paradise'? I'm not totally challenging your POV, just curious as, the muslims I've seen tend to be overly nice and polite or the exact opposite with little to no desire for power but more for being 'right'. Or does that equate to power hungry-ness itself?
Most of the "Muslims" you probably know live in the west. They do not probably outwardly reflect the historical Muslim doctrine. The Muslims are given the right to lie to protect their religion, to defeat their enemies, the Kuffar, the unbelievers, such as "Christians" and "Jews", and to lie to their wife to keep the peace. On the other hand, dishonor their supposed prophet, or cross them in their own political areas, and you might want to wear a neck or chest vest. Were your Muslim friends happy about 9/11, or were they subdued, or did they condemn the actions of the event? Are they happy about the new Afghanistan Caliphate, and it's potential, or are they alarmed at what could, and is now happening? As for getting into paradise, for a Muslim, that could involve killing a kafir, or a fallen Muslim/heretic.
I don't disagree, simply relaying my experiences. Which, of course, doesn't speak for an entire group. That said, christianity wasn't all sugar and spice either, throughout history. Religions, generally, seem to rely more on force, coercion, lies, mis-tellings, guilt/fear and impossibilities masqueraded as 'truths' than love and setting positive examples.
Have a great, potentially godless, day!

Your "Christian" of force, coercion, mis-tellings. etc., would point to the mother Roman church and many of her reformation daughters, and not so much to the historical political powerless evangelicals. That they can in the future, gain stature by supporting the anti-Marxist, anti-fascist positions, is not necessarily by reason of their religious positions. It is a commonsense position, which anyone with historical perspective, or common sense, can hold onto. That the Progressives now fear the walls collapsing on them, is reasons for them to cast stones in the direction of any one they think is endangering their perceived edge. It looks like the Progressives only have a year left before they are rendered mute, so they strike out while they can.

Classic example of an oxymoron. Often used to equate atheism with theism, but it essentially makes the claim that atheism is really just as ridiculous as theism. Yeah, right. As if atheists believe in talking snakes and donkeys or dead corpses coming back to life after a few days, just for starters.

Yeah, cause it's progressives hollering about a stolen election and storming the capital in an insurrection.

It's progressives blocking voting rights legislation.

Your projection is showing.

Your watching of CNN and MSNBC news is showing. Fake news, CNN has lost around 46% of its viewership since 2018 due to their mostly exposed false reporting. CNN's viewer ship is also approaching the bottom realm of economic sustainability, except CNN is bank rolled by a rich propogandist, and can run on fumes. Yeah, the defeated progressive Georgia Governor candidate is having a hard time admitting that she actually lost her governship race, projecting her under handed methods onto her opponent. Hillary also projected her paid for Russia collusion onto Trump, and thinks since she used under handed tactics, that Trump must have done the same. I can see how you are concerned. To call non identity voting a right, is kind of Orwellian. As for the Democrats storming Congress in 2018, I personally was not as concerned as you seem to be. I am just glad that none of them were murdered by security.

Not exactly correct. The no god Marxism/communism, actually has a man for their god, it is just that that god is Marx, and their religion is Marxism, and their goal is heaven on earth, whereas the reality is hell on earth, such as Mao's China, Stalin's Russia, the U.S house of Representatives, and today's Venezuela.

I also don't watch TV news, which doesn't mean that I am not aware of what they preach. The 3 stooges of CNN; Lemon, Cuomo, Stelter, are rebroadcast on most news outlets, mostly as comic relief, and are all failing along with their faithful religious Progressives supporters and their news network. Gutfeld, reached the highest rated broadcast, on August 30st 2021, and did a comic relief on who was the dumbest, Lemon or Cuomo. Both funny and serious for those who take CNN's progressive message seriously. Those with a sense of humor, those who hold onto their guns, and bible, those called the deplorables, find the downfall of "fake news", and those who preach lawlessness, comforting. As they judged others, as in the case of big brother Cuomo, so shall they be judged. When the fruit becomes fully rotten, then is the time for harvest (Matthew 13:41). It looks like the conservative "evangelicals" might bring some power back to the people, through a legitimate voting system, which has previously worked for a long time, instead of being held by tyrannical leaders, who rule by a pen and phone, voted for by those in the graveyards of America, along with the likes of the imaginary Mickey Mouse and Pluto.

Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news!"
To call non identity voting a right, is kind of Orwellian.
"Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news!"
As for the Democrats storming Congress in 2018, I personally was not as concerned as you seem to be.
"Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news!"
I am just glad that none of them were murdered by security.
"Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news! Fake news!"

In conclusion, I agree with ya wholeheartedly, just hollering out "Fake news!" sure beats thinking.
I also don't watch TV news, which doesn't mean that I am not aware of what they preach.
If you don't watch them, then you're being dishonest here or taking the words of others that do watch them as fact. If you are 'aware' of that they preach.
I don't think you know how Gutfeld works. He simply shows videos of Cuomo and Lemon speaking, and then gives his commentary, kind of like a laugh track. My YouTube simply knows that I like comedy, and simply lines up Gutfeld as one of the comics that they set put on my algorithm. He has guest, but they all like a good laugh, not like many Progressives who seem to have just eaten a lemon.
