Has vaccination weakened us?

Post by Rose2020 »

I have had all my vaccinations, also had covid. Yet I am now frequently afflicted with other infections, often worse than covid was.

I would like to compare the quality of health between the vaccinated and antivaxxers? How are you feeling?

It is hard to know if I have chosen wisely. Fear and anxiety drives one's choices.

Do you mean worse than things such as death? As of today, there have been 1,020,000 covid related deaths in the USA.

I had all four shots and I feel great.

I believe you chose quite wisely.

I meant covid was not that bad, due to being vaccinated. Other infections I am getting are worse and frequent. I feel I am left vulnerable to them as never before.

I am truly glad you feel great, I hope you always do.
However, I feel lowered. I think that is the mental strain of losing all my social life and routines. I just go nowhere now, too afraid of getting sick.Yet I will certainly have the next jabs, I believe they protect from serious disease. I do trust the science as well as God. The two make a powerful alliance to save us.

What exactly has God done to combat COVID-19?

I must assume that knowing is better than not knowing, venturing than not venturing; and that magic and illusion, however rich, however alluring, ultimately weaken the human spirit.

What do you expect Him to do?
He's provided humans with brains and free will. It's up to us as a species to find the answers. Just as we have for other major diseases and problems.

The point of prayer is to ask for strength and guidance. Recognition that we cannot do it all by ourselves. He will help as He is asked.

I lack belief in god/gods so I don't expect any of them to do anything.

So, it's up to us to find the answers but we can't do it ourselves?

What specifically has God done to help us in this COVID-19 crisis?

If you did pray, what would you ask Him to do?

I pray for healing and strength to help me through.

I wouldn't pray and I've already explained why.

I pray for healing and strength to help me through.
I didn't ask about prayer, I asked what God has done related to COVID-19.
