Note: This is not an action taken lightly and it's not easy for me to do this. Joey has been on the forum for a long time and is a very active member. However, the rules must be enforced. Joey has actually been banned from the forum before. He has been the only person in the history of the forum to be reinstated after a banishment. He has known that I've made a special exception for him. He has also known that I've allowed him back with the condition that if he has just one infraction, he'll be banned permanently. Unfortunately, he has failed that multiple times.
