That's called a link preview, which shows you a preview of the webpage that the link directs to.

You could also make a request for the phpBB devs to make a feature. Requests for extensions or features like the one here can also be made https://www.phpbb.com/community/?sid=5d ... 7bf813408f, and click on Extensions Request forum. If that feature is added on by the devs of phpbb, then otseng can get the feature that way if he upgrades the forum to the latest version.

Some third-party can also design that feature (usually for a price), but I've had bad experiences with them. The devs don't always update their add-on, or their add-ons might cause problems with other add-ons and core features of the site. That's been a big pain in my experience.
