The scribes and Pharisees brought to him [ Jesus ] a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, they said to him, "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act.
"Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do you say?" This they said, testing him, that they might have something of which to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with his finger, as though he did not hear.
So when they continued asking him, he raised himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." And again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then those who heard being convicted by conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last.
And Jesus was left alone and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had raised himself up and saw no one but the woman, he said to her, "Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?"
She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."
Enough said.
NOTE: Revelation 1:6 says, "To him who loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood and has made us a kingdom and priests to his God and father, to him be glory and dominion forever and ever, amen."

[Replying to Richard Aberdeen in post #1]
I also love this account, thank you for sharing.
Richard, you titled this post "Queen", may I ask if you are referring to the Bride when you say this (all who belong to Christ who will reign as 'king-priests' with Him in His Kingdom)?
Peace again.

Re: Queen
Post #4May I ask you something non relevant to the post? I want to know how are you Non-religious and christian at the same time? Do you not think that Jesus is God? Or when you say non-religious you mean non-denominational?tam wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2026 11:22 am Peace to you both,

Re: Queen
By non-religious, I mean not being part of religion (religious institutions - Christianity with all its denominations, doctrines, creeds, etc.) I mean not belonging to any religion or listening to them.
I belong instead to Christ and listen to Him. He is the One who anointed me (with holy spirit), thereby making me Christian.
Does that help clarify?
Peace again,

Re: Queen
Post #6Yes i understand now, ty. The problem with my understanding was that i take the word religion not as an insitution or denomination, but as the personal conexion with God... independently of how you achieve that.tam wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2026 1:58 pm Peace to you,

So for me a religious person is anyone that works or makes an effort to connect with God.
