I can't take all of the winking, blinking, whistling emoticons next to the window where I draft messages. I can't write deathless prose with all that distraction.
Is there a way to turn off their motion?
I'm also bothered by the moving avatars. Can I do anything about them?

They are part of our punishment from the fall from grace. They won't be turned off until all have repented.
