Worship Jesus (1 Peter 3:12 - deēsis)

1 Peter 3:12
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer.
But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. (ESV)

The Greek word for "prayer" is deēsis.[*1]
1 Peter 3:12 is a citation based on Psalm 34:15-16a. Peter previously cited a passage from this same Psalm and applied the "Lord" (YHWH) in reference to the Lord Jesus.
Psalm 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! (ESV)
1 Peter 2:3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good (ESV).

For those who deny the Lord Jesus is worshiped what evidence can you supply that He is not being referred to in 1 Peter 3:12?

[*1] For the other use of deēsis see James 5:16 ("prayer") here:
